1. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to register and participate.
Champion Fantasy League is unavailable in states where fantasy sports are prohibited by law, including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu.
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate under applicable laws.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Users must register an account and provide accurate and comprehensive information in order to access some functions.
There can only be one account per user. It is not permitted for the same person to have more than one account.
Users are in charge of keeping their account information private and are required to alert us right once if their credentials are being used without authorisation.
Users receive virtual currency when they register and when they regularly interact with the network, including by entering contests or reaching certain goals. It is impossible to purchase, sell, or transfer these virtual currencies outside of the platform.
Unused virtual coins may expire and become unrecoverable if a user's account is dormant for longer than a year. This measure guarantees equitable allocation and proactive involvement.
Coins have no monetary worth outside of the site and can only be used to participate in contests within the platform.
Users may receive virtual badges and awards for accomplishments, but they cannot be exchanged for tangible goods.

5. Virtual Coins and Rewards

Virtual coins are provided to users upon registration and through regular platform engagement, such as participating in contests or achieving specific milestones. These virtual coins cannot be bought, sold, or transferred outside the platform.

If a user's account remains inactive for more than 12 months, any unused virtual coins may expire and cannot be reclaimed. This measure ensures fair distribution and active participation.

Coins can only be used within the platform to join contests and have no monetary value outside of the platform.

Virtual rewards and badges may be given to users for achievements but cannot be converted into real-world assets.

Fraudulent Activity: Users must not engage in colluding, using automated systems, or employing unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage. Any such activity will lead to immediate disqualification, account suspension, and possible permanent bans. Legal action may also be pursued in severe cases.
Exploiting Vulnerabilities: Users must not exploit any platform vulnerabilities or attempt to manipulate gameplay.
Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
Legal Violations: Users must not violate applicable laws, including gaming regulations.
Harassment and Misuse: Harassing, threatening, or misusing communication channels within the platform is not tolerated.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or disqualification from contests.

Champion Fantasy League provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to service availability, uninterrupted access, or data accuracy. While we strive to maintain platform reliability, occasional downtime or inaccuracies may occur.

We are not responsible for errors, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in data.

Champion Fantasy League does not guarantee winnings or user success.

Participation in fantasy sports is for entertainment purposes and should not lead to financial dependency. Virtual rewards, badges, or coins earned during gameplay cannot be monetized or exchanged for real-world goods or services. Champion Fantasy League emphasizes that all in-game assets are purely for entertainment and competitive engagement within the platform.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on the platform are the property of Champion Fantasy League.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written consent.

Termination, Governing Law, and Amendments

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

Champion Fantasy League may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. User Grievances and Reporting

Users can report any issues, misconduct, or contest disputes by contacting our support team through email or phone. We aim to resolve grievances within 7 working days.
